Elevate for Humanity Career and Technical Institute provides workforce development and technical training services. Programs, funding eligibility, certification preparation, employer participation, and training availability may vary. Elevate for Humanity does not guarantee employment, certification issuance, wage outcomes, or licensure approval.
Elevate for HumanityElevate for Humanity

Elevate for Humanity is an AI-powered workforce operating system — not just a training provider. We handle credentialing, compliance tracking, employer placement, apprenticeship coordination, and funding documentation so agencies and participants can focus on outcomes.

Programs aligned with industry-recognized certifications including EPA Section 608, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+, PTCB CPhT, Microsoft Office Specialist, OSHA 30, and Indiana state licensing requirements. Credential outcomes are issued by the respective certifying organizations.

Elevate for Humanity operates as a workforce development system coordinating training, funding, testing, and employment pathways. Program delivery may be conducted directly by Elevate or through approved training providers depending on the program.

Elevate for Humanity Career & Technical Institute is a DOL Registered Apprenticeship Sponsor, Indiana ETPL-listed workforce training provider, and Certiport Authorized Testing Center operating under 2Exclusive LLC-S. Industry certifications are issued by the respective credentialing bodies (CompTIA, NHA, EPA, NCCCO, etc.) upon passing the required exams — these are the same credentials employers hire for. Training may be fully funded for eligible participants through WIOA, Workforce Ready Grant, JRI, and approved workforce partners; eligibility is determined by the applicable agency. Elevate for Humanity Career & Technical Institute is a workforce training organization, not a degree-granting postsecondary institution under the Indiana Department of Education — our programs lead to industry certifications and employment, not academic degrees.

Build Your Legacy

Every master barber learned from someone. By hosting apprentices, you pass on your skills and strengthen the profession. Many host shops hire their best apprentices after completion.

  • • Train barbers your way
  • • First pick of new talent
  • • Recognition as a training shop

Host Shop Qualifications

To participate as a host barbershop, your shop must meet these requirements:

  • •Hold an active Indiana barbershop license in good standing
  • •Employ at least one licensed barber capable of supervising apprentices
  • •Maintain a safe, professional training environment
  • •Agree to verify apprentice attendance and progress
  • •Follow program guidelines and documentation requirements
  • •Use the published program syllabus so floor coaching matches the apprentice’s daily LMS theory module
  • •Carry appropriate business insurance

Host Shop Responsibilities

What You Provide

  • →Supervised on-the-job training
  • →Workspace and tools access
  • →Attendance verification
  • →Professional mentorship

What We Handle

  • •Apprenticeship structure & framework
  • •Related instruction (Prestige Elevation Barber Curriculum)
  • •Documentation & compliance
  • •Completion verification

Program syllabus — same subject in the shop and on LMS

Host barbershops must use the published barber apprenticeship syllabus and stay on the same weekly module as the apprentice’s LMS theory assignments so instructors coach the matching subject.

Host shops receive the weekly module outline so supervisors coach the same topic the apprentice studies online that day. Instructors can see LMS progress and align floor coaching with bookwork.
