This is the complete enrollment flow. Follow the steps in order so you know who is responsible, when payment is selected, and what must be completed.

A qualified employer provides paid work, licensed supervision, and hands-on training. Placement depends on approval and current capacity.
Complete supervised on-the-job learning and Related Technical Instruction while hours, competencies, attendance, and documents are recorded.
Complete required hours and competencies, resolve program balances, and follow the applicable testing or licensing process.
Apply first. After your program and enrollment details are confirmed, choose full payment or an available payment plan. BNPL means “buy now, pay later”: an outside payment provider reviews your application, shows its own terms, and decides approval. Approval is not guaranteed. Review the payment amount, due dates, fees, and provider agreement before accepting. Workforce funding is a separate process and requires written authorization from the responsible agency.
The Host Site employs, pays, and supervises the apprentice. Tuition is paid through Elevate’s approved enrollment checkout—not to the Host Site.

Salon Saloon LLC provides a supervised workplace training environment for the Cosmetology pathway. Enrollment, placement, wages, and licensing remain subject to the applicable program, employer, and state requirements.
Welcome to Salon Saloon, located at 1740 South Bend Avenue, Suite A, in South Bend, Indiana. As we move through the salon, notice the open service floor, professional styling stations, mirrors, salon chairs, product displays, and organized work areas designed for serving clients and supporting hands-on learning. Salon Saloon is a participating Elevate Cosmetology Apprenticeship Host Salon. In this real salon environment, apprentices can learn how to prepare and sanitize a station, disinfect tools, conduct a professional client consultation, evaluate hair and scalp needs, assist with shampoo and conditioning services, and build supervised skills in cutting, coloring, styling, finishing, and client care. The tour also introduces the workplace routines apprentices are expected to master, including safety, organization, communication, scheduling, and maintaining a clean professional environment between every guest.
