How You Can Start
There's a path to enrollment whether you qualify for funding or not. We'll help you figure out which one.
Must reside in Indiana
Indiana residents may qualify for tuition assistance through WorkOne or other workforce programs. Eligibility is verified before a seat is confirmed. Check with your WorkOne case manager — the Phlebotomy program is not currently on the Indiana ETPL.
Indiana SNAP/TANF recipients · must be referred by FSSA case worker
$1,500tuition
Students from any state may enroll through the self-pay option. Most states do not require phlebotomists to hold a state license — the NHA CPT national certification is accepted by employers nationwide. Use the state licensing tool below to check your state.
Not in Indiana or not currently funding-eligible? Talk to an advisor about self-pay and payment plan options — we'll map the right next step in about 10 minutes.
Indiana residents: funding is available through FSSA IMPACT
This program is not on Indiana’s ETPL and does not qualify for WIOA or the Workforce Ready Grant. However, Indiana SNAP and TANF recipients may qualify for free training through the FSSA IMPACT (SNAP Employment & Training) program. Contact your FSSA/DFR case worker to request a training referral.
Outside Indiana? Self-pay enrollment is available to everyone — no residency required. Payment plans, BNPL, and employer sponsorship are all options.
Next Step
For WIOA-eligible and apprenticeship pathway applicants, the next step may require Indiana Career Connect.
This pathway is aligned to active hiring demand. Placement follows intake profile matching, employer-ready credential completion, and supported introductions.
