Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Elizabeth Greene founded Elevate for Humanity in 2019 with a mission to create pathways out of poverty and into prosperity for those who need it most. Under her leadership, Elevate has grown into a U.S. Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship Sponsor and Indiana DWD Approved Training Provider, serving thousands of participants across Indianapolis. Elizabeth's approach combines workforce development expertise with a deep commitment to serving justice-involved individuals, low-income families, veterans, and anyone facing barriers to employment. She believes that everyone deserves access to quality career training regardless of their background.
