The Section 188 Equal Opportunity Compliance Checklist confirms that WIOA Title I–assisted training is conducted in a nondiscriminatory manner per WIOA Section 188 and 29 CFR Part 38. Indiana training providers must complete this review for each program and location, with annual renewals based on the program's initial approval date.
