Elevate for Humanity Career and Technical Institute provides workforce development and technical training services. Programs, funding eligibility, certification preparation, employer participation, and training availability may vary. Elevate for Humanity does not guarantee employment, certification issuance, wage outcomes, or licensure approval.
Elevate for HumanityElevate for Humanity

Elevate for Humanity is an AI-powered workforce operating system — not just a training provider. We handle credentialing, compliance tracking, employer placement, apprenticeship coordination, and funding documentation so agencies and participants can focus on outcomes.

Elevate for Humanity Career & Technical Institute is a DOL Registered Apprenticeship Sponsor, Indiana ETPL-listed workforce training provider, and Certiport Authorized Testing Center operating under 2Exclusive LLC-S. Industry certifications are issued by the respective credentialing bodies (CompTIA, NHA, EPA, NCCCO, etc.) upon passing the required exams — these are the same credentials employers hire for. Training may be fully funded for eligible participants through WIOA, Workforce Ready Grant, JRI, and approved workforce partners; eligibility is determined by the applicable agency. Elevate for Humanity Career & Technical Institute is a workforce training organization, not a degree-granting postsecondary institution under the Indiana Department of Education — our programs lead to industry certifications and employment, not academic degrees.

What This Means For You

Funding May Cover Tuition

If you qualify, grants can cover tuition, books, and certification fees. Indiana residents only — eligibility is not guaranteed.

Real Certifications

Earn industry credentials that employers actually want.

Support Services

Many grants include help with transportation and childcare.

No Risk

Unlike loans, grants never need to be paid back. Ever.

Grants Available to Indiana Residents

There are several programs that can pay for your training. Here's what each one offers and who qualifies.

WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act)

WIOA is the main federal workforce funding program. It is designed for adults who need new skills to get a good job. If you qualify, WIOA can cover tuition, books, supplies, certification exams, and may help with transportation and childcare. Indiana residents only — eligibility is determined through WorkOne.

You likely qualify if you:

  • • Are 18 or older
  • • Can legally work in the US
  • • Have low-to-moderate income
  • • Receive SNAP, TANF, or SSI
  • • Are a veteran or military spouse
  • • Were recently laid off

Workforce Ready Grant (Indiana)

This is Indiana's state grant for high-demand careers. It's specifically for programs that lead to jobs employers are hiring for right now — like healthcare, IT, and skilled trades.

Requirements:

  • • Be an Indiana resident
  • • Have a high school diploma or GED
  • • Enroll in an eligible high-demand program

FSSA IMPACT

Indiana State

Indiana Manpower Placement and Comprehensive Training — administered by FSSA / Division of Family Resources

IMPACT pays for job training at no cost to participants who currently receive SNAP or TANF benefits. A dedicated case manager works with you throughout the program — from enrollment through job placement. IMPACT covers tuition, and your case manager can connect you with additional support services.

Requirements:

  • • Currently receiving SNAP (food assistance) or TANF (cash assistance) benefits
  • • Indiana resident
  • • Able and available to work after training
  • • High school diploma or GED preferred for job skills training (not always required)

How to get started:

Call 800-403-0864 and press 3 to speak with an IMPACT representative, or ask your DFR eligibility worker for a referral at your next appointment. You can also self-refer — you do not need to wait for your caseworker to bring it up.

  • • Currently receive SNAP benefits
  • • Are able and willing to work
  • • Want to gain skills for a better job
