How the Partnership Works
1. We train to your specifications. Employer partners can influence curriculum to match their specific needs. If you need HVAC techs who can work on a particular system, we can incorporate that into training.
2. You interview our graduates. Before each cohort graduates, we host employer meet-and-greet events. You meet candidates, review their credentials, and conduct interviews on-site.
3. We handle the pipeline. You tell us how many workers you need and when. We align our cohort schedules to deliver graduates on your timeline.
4. Funding offsets your costs. Many of our programs are funded through WIOA, Workforce Ready Grant, or DOL Registered Apprenticeship. This means you get trained workers without paying for the training.
