How Employer Partnerships Can Work With Elevate

Jobs and employer questions

Where do I post an opening?

Start with the employer job-posting page and complete the required onboarding and approval steps.

Where do I find participating employers?

The employer directory provides a place to explore participating businesses. A directory listing does not guarantee a current vacancy or a job offer.

Does completing training guarantee employment?

Training and career support do not guarantee hiring. Employers make their own hiring decisions and confirm job requirements and availability.

Employer Partnership Models\n\nEmployers may work with Elevate for candidate referrals, work-based learning, apprenticeship host participation, or training coordination. The exact model depends on the occupation, program, employer requirements, and any outside funding source involved.\n\n## What Elevate Can Coordinate\n\n- discussion of hiring and training needs\n- documented candidate referrals when appropriate\n- host-site or work-based-learning onboarding\n- registered-apprenticeship coordination for occupations covered by the applicable sponsor standards\n- training and progress documentation through platform workflows\n\n## What Is Not Guaranteed\n\nAn employer partnership does not by itself guarantee free training, tax credits, grants, wage reimbursement, candidate volume, hiring results, retention, or a particular funding award. Those items require the applicable eligibility, agreement, evidence, and third-party authorization.\n\nReview employer information or contact employer partnerships.
